What You'll Do Here:
• Ensure the Health & Safety of themselves, their team and all customers in an environmentally friendly manner
• Complete all required documentation for Health and Safety, Quality Assurance and Vehicle Maintenance purposes
• Inspects work in progress and / or completed to determine and ensure that the work complies with the standards and specifications.
• Assists with the implementation and maintenance of quality programs as required.
• Assists with the preparation and verification of various technical reports; including pre- and post-inspection.
• Present training courses to new employees or new process updates to the team
• Conduct field visits with technicians as required
• Act as the liaison between Field Technicians, Operations Support, and end users of customers of a contractual obligation
• Completes all associated documentation and forms for individual inspection.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are inspected on a regular basis and are kept in good working condition
• Support telecommunication installation activities
• Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging
• Assists with the tracking of non-conformance reports and corrective/ preventative action requests.
• Other duties as may be required
What You Bring to the Team:
• Excellent Customer Service skills, both internally and externally
• Technically inclined and have a desire to learn
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Installation and repair experience in TV, Phone and Internet as well Coaxial and Home Security is an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization & time management skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Be a champion of inclusion and diversity
• Must be willing to travel as required and provide a clear driver’s abstract on an annual basis (Calgary and Edmonton)
• Successfully complete a criminal background check
