Aecon recherche actuellement un.e acheteur(euse) bilingue pour rejoindre nos projets basé à Montréal. Le candidat retenu sera un contributeur clé à de larges éventails d'initiatives de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour soutenir nos projets. L'acheteur(euse) est responsable de toutes les activités liées aux achats et de satisfaire nos clients internes avec une livraison, un coût et une qualité supérieurs, ainsi que du suivi des commandes en cours.

Ce que vous ferez ici:

• Responsable du plan d'approvisionnement du projet et de la livraison à temps.
• Responsable du processus d'approvisionnement dans SAP.
• Négocier des contrats à faible valeur avec les fournisseurs et les fournisseurs de services.
• Respect de l'empreinte d'approvisionnement privilégiée par Aecon.
• Responsable d'avoir conduit à zéro exception dans le processus d'achat à paiement.
• Solution en temps réel des exceptions liées au prix, à la livraison, à l'attribution de comptes, aux matériaux et au service.
• Participe activement et aide à l'élaboration des plans d'amélioration des fournisseurs.

Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe:

• Un diplôme de premier cycle en administration des affaires ou en génie est préféré.
• Compétences organisationnelles éprouvées et capacité à travailler sous pression pour respecter les échéances et gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement de travail rapide.
• Compétences avancées en communication démontrées par une expérience antérieure dans les contextes suivants : réunions multidisciplinaires de projets et de programmes, revues techniques avec fournisseur / fournisseur / fournisseur de solutions et experts en la matière.
• L'expérience en gestion de programme serait considérée comme un atout.
• Capacité à interpréter des organigrammes de processus pour comprendre quelles données sont capturées et comment elles circulent entre différentes applications.
• Capacité à établir des relations de travail positives avec des professionnels de l'industrie et des clients internes.
• De solides compétences en négociation et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement, tant oralement qu'à l'écrit.
• Attention aux détails, compétences mathématiques et analytiques.
• Solides compétences en recherche et engagement à apprendre continuellement sur les nouveaux produits, technologies et processus.
• Maîtrise Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) et SAP (Procure to pay).
