Under the supervision of the Project Director, Lot D, the incumbent acts as a support for the construction project.
 

What you will do here:

  • Follow up on equipment on site and the allocation of costs to the project
  • Participate in the procurement process in support of the project team
  • Follow up on material requisitions with the procurement department
  • Enter daily data of materials (concrete, aggregates, equipment, etc.) and subcontractors to the site cost tracking system
  • Reconcile work orders, requisitions and invoices and submit them for approval and processing
  • Produce quantity reports according to the needs of the project
  • Manage and distribute the necessary documentation related to the project
  • Assist, as needed, in the preparation and administrative follow-up
  • Any other related tasks according to the specific needs of the project

 

What you bring to the team:

  • Hold a technical degree in office automation/administration or equivalent
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative position or similar
  • Good knowledge of the Office MS suite and specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of the construction industry (asset)
  • Fluency in English and French, both oral and written, as this person will be expected to work closely with the Toronto and Quebec project teams
  • Demonstrate autonomy, diplomacy, rigor and versatility
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to learn and adapt
  • Ease with numbers (numerical data, calculations, etc.)
