En tant que coordinateur(trice) bilingue des ressources humaines, vous aurez l'occasion unique de faire partie d'une équipe en pleine construction. Ce poste offre la possibilité de partager des idées et des bonnes pratiques, de faire évoluer sa carrière et d'être un contributeur clé dans la mise en place des fondations du département des ressources humaines.


Ce que vous ferez ici

  • Travailler au sein d'une équipe de ressources humaines hautement collaborative.
  • En mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue et l'efficacité des processus, vous apportez votre soutien à la mise en place de politiques et de processus RH pour le corporatif et les projets en consortium, y compris l'intégration, la gestion des talents et les relations avec les employés, afin d'aider à construire et à influencer la culture d'entreprise de pour le corporatif et les projets en consortium,
  • Avoir la possibilité d'apporter un éclairage Diversité, équité et inclusion sur les initiatives en matière de ressources humaines.
  • Être la personne clé responsable du partenariat avec l'équipe de direction des ressources humaines pour mettre à jour, analyser et préparer les rapports et tableaux de bord des ressources humaines pour diffusion et examen, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les calendriers des ressources du projet, le suivi des congés, l'analyse du chiffre d'affaires, etc. 
  • Préparer et mettre à jour les documents et les modèles nécessaires, notamment les offres d'emploi internes, les lettres d'affectation aux projets, les changements d'emploi, etc.
  • Être le premier point de contact pour les employés et répondre, résoudre les questions des employés ou les transmettre au gestionnaire en mettant l'accent sur la création d'une expérience positive pour les employés.
  • Participer à l'organisation d'événements liés à l'embauche et de salons de l'emploi.
  • Fournir un soutien en matière d'administration et de coordination pour les tâches quotidiennes, les programmes et les initiatives au sein du corporatif et des projets en consortium.

Ce que vous apportez à l'équipe 

  • Formation post-secondaire avec une spécialisation en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines, 
  • Compétences bilingues (maîtrise du français et de l'anglais) requises.
  • Des compétences linguistiques en espagnol sont un atout.
  • Organisation exceptionnelle, souci du détail et compétences émergentes en matière de gestion de projets, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs clients et livrables. 
  • Vous aimez travailler dans un environnement agile et en évolution rapide.
  • Une expérience de SAP et des Success Factors est un atout.
  • Expérience de travail avec Visio.
  • Une expérience des programmes de diversité, d'équité et d'inclusion est un atout.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur de la construction est un atout.

 

 

What's the Opportunity? 

  • As Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of a team who are in building mode. This role offers the opportunity to share ideas and best practices, provide career growth and be a key contributor in setting the foundation for the Human Resources department.

 

What You’ll Do Here: 

  • Work within a highly collaborative Human Resources team.
  • With a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency, provide support in setting up HR policies and processes, including onboarding, talent management, and employee relations, to help build and influence the company culture. 
  • Have the opportunity to provide a DE&I lens on Human Resources initiatives.
  • Be the key individual responsible for partnering with the Human Resources Leadership team to update, analyze and prepare HR reports and dashboards for circulation and review, including but not limited to project resource schedules, leave of absence tracking, turnover analysis, etc. 
  • Prepare and update documents and templates as required, including internal offers of employment, project assignment letters, employment changes, etc.
  • Be the first point of contact for employees and respond, resolve employee questions, or escalate to the Manager with a strong focus on creating a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in organizing hiring events and job fairs.
  • Provide administration and coordination support on day-to-day tasks, programs, and initiatives. 
  • Opportunity to work on Human Resources special projects.

 

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • Post-secondary education with a major in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience within Human Resources, 
  • Bilingual skills (Fluent in both French and English) required.
  • Language skills in Spanish are an asset.
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and emerging project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables. 
  • Thrive on work within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with SAP and Success Factors is an asset.
  • Must have experience working with Visio.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program experience is an asset.
