What You Will Do Here:


•    Provide leadership, support and co-ordination to all our partner teams in BC and Alberta.
•    Ensure our partners are providing the required training for their technicians to be successful.
•    Overall accountability for ensuring our SLA target is met amongst our partner workforce, this includes 5 Star, repeats, RGU’s (revenue generating units) and PSB (professional services billing).
•    Perform field inspections to ensure the quality of work aligns with our customers expectations.
•    Complete health and safety inspections to ensure Aecon’s safety expectations are met.
•    The role will manage the link between our partner workforce and ATSI.
•    Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives.

 

 What You Will Bring to The Team:


•    10+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
•    10+ years of experience working with copper and GPON infrastructure.
•    Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.) skills are essential.
•    Skilled at building positive working relationships with internal and external clients.
•    Excellent customer service skills, a passion for problem ownership, and a customer-first attitude.
•    Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.  
•    Ability to travel between BC and Alberta.
•    Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.

 

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000/year
