Position Overview

At Aecon, people are at the heart of everything we do. Aecon is focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring talented and diverse Road Construction Personnel for the 2024 Construction Season.

Required Knowledge & Experience

• 2+ years experience operating one or more of the following road construction equipment: Paver, Roller, Skid Steer, Packer, Tractor, Excavator, Dozer, Loader, or Water Truck.
• Willingness to perform labourer duties as required.
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Maintains a valid Class 5 driver’s license or better.
• Own vehicle to get to and from jobsite.
• Willing to work out of town and in remote locations, as required.
• Willing to work overtime, as required.
• Must comply with the company's drug & alcohol program, including testing requirement.
• Other duties as assigned.
