What is the Opportunity?
The RPA Developer will be a part of a growing RPA team working to develop and implement automation solutions for various business units, replacing existing manual workflows to enhance the efficiency of business processes.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Develop automated processes adhering to standard design principles using Automation Anywhere.
- Configure new processes efficiently and maintain clear documentation.
- Ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
- Take business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into technical design flows.
- Participate in design thinking sessions with other application stakeholders and technical resources
- Support and modify existing processes within change control guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in processes promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
- Adhere to project plans, communicate risks and contribute to change control.
- Assist operational teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out phases.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all RPA solutions to ensure clear and accessible records.
- Process Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
- Adherence to Standards: Ensure compliance with best practices, coding standards, and security protocols throughout the RPA development process.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist in the operation and maintenance of RPA infrastructure, ensuring its high availability and performance.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in RPA and automation technologies to ensure the application of cutting-edge solutions
What You Bring to the Team:
- University Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere 360, including experience with Document Automation, Co-Pilot.
- Master AA 360 certified.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VB, C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SQL databases, REST APIs, XML, and delivering Intelligent Automation with RPA.
- AA 360 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Automation Anywhere 360 and Control Room functionalities, including Workload Management (WLM) and other key features.
- Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with design principles and techniques.
- Experience working with a variety of systems, including web, desktop, ERP and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC processes
- Strong communication skills to articulate business processes and automate solution designs clearly.
