Position Title: Stakeholder Coordinator
Who We Are:
STC is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rail and Systems (SSE-SRS) package. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools, and other key destinations throughout the city.
As part of this project, we are currently looking for a Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team. The Stakeholder Coordinator is responsible for clean, efficient coordination between STC and third-party stakeholders, which will be essential to the delivery of the project.
What You Will Do:
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations for meetings.
- Assist with prioritization and scheduling of meetings and workshops with third parties.
- Maintain trackers and liaise with internal teams across the project.
- Coordinate and participate in team meetings, manage agenda items, and take minutes as requested.
- Maintain an organized data system.
- Assist with developing processes and best practices to streamline stakeholder engagement.
- Other related general administrative duties as required.
- Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.
Experience You Will Bring:
- 3+ years experience in coordination or administration positions.
- Prior experience in construction industry or public transit projects is an asset.
- Stakeholder engagement/project management experience is an asset.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- High level of organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to think critically and anticipate upcoming requirements.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure work environment while effectively managing competing and changing priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the project team.
- Strong technical competence in computer-based programs, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 annually. The listed salary range reflects potential base pay and considers factors such as experience, education, and training. Each candidate is evaluated individually and offers toward the higher end may be extended to those with exceptional qualifications.
