Objective

Ensure the effective administration and control of resources, documentation, and on-site processes, guaranteeing compliance with Aecon’s quality, safety, cost, and schedule standards in Peru.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term financial plans.
• Monitor and control project budgets.
• Identify and manage financial risks; implement contingency plans.
• Conduct financial evaluations to optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee contract administration, payments, and billing processes.
• Prepare and manage staffing plans (administrative, technical, and labor).
• Supervise payroll administration and compliance.
• Oversee strategic procurement activities.
• Manage inventory, assets, and other project-related resources.
• Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and urban regulations.
• Coordinate external communications related to the project.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional as Finance Manager
• At least 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Must be fluent in Spanish

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Operations Management.

Objetivo

Garantizar la correcta administración y control de los recursos, documentación y procesos en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad, costos y plazos establecidos por Aecon en Perú.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar la planeación financiera a corto y largo plazo.
• Realizar el control presupuestal.
• Gestionar los riesgos financieros y plan de contingencias.
• Realizar la evaluación financiera para la optimización de recursos.
• Gestionar el control de contratos, pagos y facturación.
• Elaborar la planificación de dotación de personal (administrativo, técnico y obrero).
• Gestionar el control de nómina.
• Supervisar y dar seguimiento a las compras estratégicas.
• Realizar el control de inventarios, activos entre otros.
• Manejar los permisos, licencias y regulaciones urbanas.
• Coordinar la comunicación externa de la obra

Experiencia:

• 10 años de experiencia profesional como Administrador de Obra.
• 5 años como Administrador de Obra en proyectos de construcción de gran envergadura.
• Debe hablar español fluido

Educación:

• Título en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o Economía.
• Maestría en Administración de Empresas, Gestión de proyectos o Gestión de Operaciones
