Objective

Ensure accurate planning, monitoring, and control of project schedules and costs, guaranteeing compliance with Aecon’s quality, safety, and timeline standards.

Experience:

• 10 years of overall professional experience after obtaining the degree or issuance of the corresponding diploma (for foreign professionals) in similar or equivalent projects.
• 5 years of specific experience in roles such as Manager and/or Coordinator and/or Specialist and/or Supervisor and/or Lead and/or Engineer, or a combination of these, in: Work Scheduling and/or Project Planning and/or Project Planning and Control and/or Project Control, in similar or equivalent projects (during the construction or design-build phase).
• Must be fluent in spanish

Education:

• Civil Engineer or equivalent in the country where the diploma was issued (road/highway or structural engineer).
• Postgraduate degree in Project Management and/or Construction Management and/or Project Leadership.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Specialization in Lean Construction, including the use of the Last Planner System (LPS).
• Specialization in scheduling tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6.
• Specialization in Power BI or Business Intelligence tools for creating dashboards and interactive reports.
• Specialization in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  
  

Objetivo

Garantizar la correcta planificación, seguimiento y control de los cronogramas y costos de los proyectos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y plazos establecidos por Aecon.

Experiencia

• 10 años de experiencia profesional general a partir de la titulación o emisión del diploma correspondiente (Para Profesionales Extranjeros) en Obras iguales y/o similares.
• 5 años de experiencia específica en los cargos de jefe y/o Coordinador y/o Especialista y/o Supervisor y/o Responsable y/o Encargado y/o Ingeniero o la combinación de estos en/de: Programación de Obra y/o Planificación de Obra y/o Planificación y Control de proyectos y/o Control de Proyectos, en Obras iguales y/o similares. (En etapa constructiva de diseño y/o Diseño-Construcción).
• Debe hablar español fluido

Educación

• Ingeniero civil o equivalente en el país de emisión del diploma. (Ingeniero vial/de caminos o de estructuras)
• Postgrado Gestión de proyectos y/o gestión de la construcción y/o Project management y/o Dirección de proyectos.
• Certificación Project Management Professional. (PMP)
• Especialización en LEAN CONSTRUCTION; dónde se precise la utilización de last planner system (LPS).
• Especialización en uso de herramientas de programación de MS Project y Primavera P6.
• Especialización en POWERBI o herramientas de Business Intelligence para la creación de dashboards e informes interactivos.
• Especialización en Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
