Reporting to the Project Manager, the Junior Project Coordinator Co-op will be responsible to ensure the achievement of general and specific project requirements.


This is a 5-months Co-op opportunity with our Telecommunications team. 


What You'll Do Here:

  • Provide support to the team and crew members for the FTTH (Fiber To The Home) project.
  • Handle and distribute construction materials for crews.
  • Provide status and progress reports to the project supervisor/manager.
  • Coordinate site procurement activities including preparation of purchase requisitions, materials tracking and ensuring traceability of materials when installed in the field.
  • Ensure active involvement in quality assurance with regards to understating and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Provide project management and estimation assistance as required.
  • Organize troubleshooting service requests for crews and ensure availability of the tools and materials needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Enrolled in an accredited engineering program (Electrical, Civil and Mechanical)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
  • High level of drive, competitive spirit and track record of achievement.
  • Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task/ Service orientated.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
