What You'll Do Here:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers performing construction, installation, and repair tasks within assigned job packages.

Review and interpret blueprints to determine work methods, sequencing, and implementation logistics.

Define the scope of work and expected progression of tasks to assigned crews.

Plan and determine the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing activities.

Ensure required materials, tools, equipment, and supplies are available to craftsmen before and during execution.

Directly oversee field activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.

Identify, communicate, and mitigate foreseeable hazards, acting as a liaison between disciplines to protect all exposed workers.

Assign workers to specific tasks such as material cutting, concrete form building, framework erection, and hydro‑testing based on project phase and discipline.

Inspect completed work to verify conformance with specifications, drawings, and job package requirements.

Coordinate with QA/QC supervision to support inspections and quality compliance.

Communicate work progress, issues, and schedule status with client representatives and project leadership.

Follow direction from inline supervision and integrate feedback into daily work planning.

Perform hands‑on installation work when required based on job size and scope.

Supervise support crafts assigned to the crew as needed.

Lead toolbox talks and conduct Job Safety Analyses (JSAs)
