Relevant d'un membre de l'équipe de projet, l'administrateur(trice) de projet sera responsable du soutien des activités quotidiennes sur le chantier.
Vos responsabilités :
• Apprendre, interpréter et appliquer les politiques, règles et réglementations de l'organisation
• Suivre, enregistrer et rapporter la présence de tout le personnel du site, les indemnités de service et les indemnités de véhicule
• Gérer les factures et les acheminer aux services concernés pour approbation
• Ouvrir des comptes auprès des fournisseurs locaux pour les articles divers nécessaires au site
• Participer à la création et à la soumission des factures de projet
• Coordonner et préparer les dossiers de projet, y compris les demandes de localisation, les permis et les matériaux
• Assurer et participer à la rédaction des rapports d'accident
• Accueillir tous les visiteurs avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
• Maintenir un système de classement organisé sur le site
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe
• Mouvements répétitifs (saisie de données)
• Position assise prolongée
• Déplacements sur les différents sites requis

Vos atouts :
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de l’administration; expérience dans le domaine de la construction un atout.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale (préparation et présentation) Relecture et correction de documents
• La maîtrise de SAP est un atout
• Capacité à faire preuve de discrétion concernant les informations confidentielles et/ou personnelles
• Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à respecter les échéances avec assurance et sérénité
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à prioriser sa charge de travail, en assumant diverses responsabilités (organisation de réunions, messages téléphoniques, correspondance, etc.)
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique
• Interactions professionnelles avec tous les niveaux hiérarchiques de l'organisation, du personnel de première ligne à la haute direction
• Attitude toujours polie et professionnelle
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint)
• Promotion de l'inclusion et de la diversité
- Learn, interpret, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations
- Tracks, records and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance
- Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval
- Establishes accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous items for the site
- Assists with the creation and submission of project billing
- Coordinates and prepares job packages including locates, permits, materials
- Ensures and assists in the completion of accident reports
- Meets and greets all visitors in a positive friendly manner
- Maintains an organized filing system on site
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
- Repetitive movement (data entry)
- Prolonged sedentary positioning
- Travel to site locations will be required

- Degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents)
- Experience working with SAP is an asset
- Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once (arranging meetings, phone messages, correspondence, etc.)
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Ablility to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive
- Always exhibit a polite and professional manner
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
