Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the telecommunications job site.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Learn, interpret, and apply organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Tracks, record, and report attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance.
  • Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval.
  • Assist with the creation and submission of project billing.
  • Coordinate and prepare job packages including locates, permits, materials.
  • Ensure and assist in the completion of accident reports.
  • Maintain an organized data system. 
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in an administrator position, within the construction industry considered an asset. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once. 
  • Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc).
