What Is the Opportunity?
- Develop and maintain all required project schedules and ensure the integrity of data throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Create and implement key scheduling requirements, including bespoke activity coding, naming conventions, client requirements, project calendars, and resource and plant data libraries.
- Support resource planning and analysis by forecasting the requirement for labour, materials, and equipment based on work‑front analysis.
- Perform critical path analysis regularly to flag delays and identify near‑critical and parallel paths.
- Analyze schedule variance, float, and trends, and monitor schedule KPIs.
- Perform and/or coordinate the collection, verification, and integration of work scope from all entities into the total project plan.
- Review the representation of project scope within schedules.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain, add, or modify schedule data and plans.
- Prepare Earned Value Management (EVM) KPIs to assess project performance.
- Support the progress measurement process and analyze progress and performance data.
- Perform audits on schedules produced by internal teams and subcontractors and prepare required output documents.
- Support schedule 5D integration with 3D models and cost data, including cash flow and sequence simulations.
- Create look‑ahead reports, resource profiles, and customized Primavera P6 reports as required.
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with external groups such as Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and Construction to gather inputs for Project Controls reporting.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Seven to ten years of planning experience on infrastructure projects.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- A detail‑oriented approach with a strong focus on quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience planning, scheduling, and managing complex projects.
- Proven problem‑solving abilities with sound judgment, ownership, and accountability.

Expert‑level knowledge of project planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6.
