What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Project Manager, Continuous Improvement, the Senior Project Coordinator provides advanced coordination, analytical, and program support to the Nuclear Continuous Improvement team by supporting the delivery of CI initiatives through structured coordination, analysis, and problem-solving activities. The role requires strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams, support multiple workstreams, and proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities, while also guiding and mentoring junior team members and acting as a key link between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Lead coordination activities across CI initiatives, ensuring meetings, deliverables, timelines, and communications are well managed and aligned.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions and working groups, guiding discussions to clarify objectives, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs and business needs into clear, structured outputs that support project teams and decision-making.
  • Consolidate information from multiple sources into concise summaries and materials for stakeholder and leadership review.
  • Support the development of initiative scopes and improvement opportunities by contributing analysis and outlining key considerations.
  • Assess and highlight impacts, risks, and dependencies related to proposed changes or initiatives.
  • Track and monitor key actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives, ensuring visibility and follow-through.
  • Support intake and early-stage evaluation of initiatives by organizing inputs and helping define initial direction.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members and coordinators, supporting task prioritization and quality of outputs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes, templates, and coordination practices.
  • Support rollout and implementation activities by coordinating execution, tracking readiness, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down complex problems and draw meaningful insights.
  • Ability to structure and present information clearly for different audiences, including leadership.
  • Experience facilitating discussions or workshops with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience working in project, operational, or continuous improvement environments.
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education in Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in coordination, analysis, continuous improvement, or project support roles preferred.

The expected pay range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

 

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
