Operating in a highly regulated U.S. nuclear environment, the Account Manager works closely with executive leadership, operations, estimating, legal, and project teams to ensure business development activities, commercial agreements, and client commitments are aligned.

What You’ll Do Here:

Key Account Ownership & Client Relationship Management

  • Own the overall account strategy for the assigned U.S. nuclear customer, including short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships at the executive, program, and commercial levels.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the client’s nuclear fleet strategy, capital programs, outage cycles, regulatory drivers, and procurement models.
  • Represent the company consistently and credibly in all client engagements, reinforcing nuclear safety culture and delivery capability.

Business Development & Opportunity Development

  • Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities within the assigned account, including construction, EPC, alliance/JV, unit modifications, and maintenance-related scopes.
  • Lead opportunity capture planning in coordination with estimating, operations, engineering, and executive leadership.
  • Support development of proposals, RFQs, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal governance requirements.
  • Maintain a clear and accurate account-level opportunity pipeline, including forecasting, win probability, and resource implications.

Commercial Strategy & Contract Support

  • Provide account-level input into commercial strategies, delivery models, and risk allocation for U.S. nuclear work.
  • Support or participate in contract negotiations, working in close coordination with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Maintain continuity between pre-award commitments and post-award execution, supporting smooth handoff to project teams.

Internal Coordination & Governance

  • Serve as the conduit between client leadership and internal project and functional teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Collaborate with Project Directors and Operations leaders to support execution performance and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in internal governance reviews, executive updates, and account performance discussions.
  • Promote lessons learned and continuous improvement in account management and client engagement practices.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in account management, business development, or commercial leadership within a nuclear environment.
  • Experience working with Southeastern Nuclear Utilities in a business development or similar client relationship role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing long-term, high-value client relationships in the U.S. nuclear market.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. nuclear construction and services delivery, including NRC-regulated environments.
