The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and dispatching installation crews based on specific requirements from the master installation schedule. This role includes scheduling crews and creating schedules that adapt to changing conditions to ensure efficient and timely installations.
What You'll Do Here:
• Ability to populate schedule through analysis of work type, crew availability, and geographic region.
• Update, maintain and revise weekly schedules and reports with the construction team.
• Identify warnings and risks to the schedule and backlog by reviewing multiple weeks in advance.
• Weekly presentation of schedule to the Client for discussion and review/resubmission.
• Contact customers to schedule appointments and schedule accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update schedules and identification of variances from original plan.
What You Bring to the Team:
• 1 or more years’ experience in construction planning/scheduling or related.
• Experience with ESRI applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and any other analytical software programs.
• Proficiency with Gas Workforce Management is preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to occasionally work longer hours pending workload.
• Adaptable and flexible to an ever-changing environment with a growing team
• Able and willing to work in-office.
The expected pay range for this position is between $50,000 - $70,000.
