What is the Opportunity?
Aecon Industrial leads the way in industrial construction with a proven track record of safely delivering a broad range of project solutions for our clients - from fabrication and modularization to new builds, turnarounds and maintenance. Aecon Industrial provides its clients with a vertically integrated solution, self-performing all disciplines of work.
The Completions Coordinator is responsible for establishing and implementing effective processes to ensure both accurate and timely turnover of project and maintenance/shutdown work.

This is an on-site contract (2-3 month duration) position located in Leroy, SK. Housing facilities & travel accommodations are provided for candidates that are not local to the area.
- The regular working schedule is 14 consecutive days and 7 days off. Hours of work are 10-11 hour days.
What You'll Do Here:
- Establish system turnover boundaries (client-scoped systems or EWP/CWP packages).
- Establish processes and flow of construction and quality documentation to support final turnover.
- Act as liaison between Quality and Construction to facilitate effective flow of test records.
- Troubleshoot and develop solutions where deficiencies in flow are identified.
- Provide direction to key Quality and Construction personnel on requirements from a flow standpoint.
- Monitor deficiencies (punch items) within the turnover package, identified either internally or externally (client), and implement appropriate measures to reduce or eliminate recurrence.
- Coordinate both construction and completion walkdowns with the client.
- Provide direction to key Quality and Construction personnel on requirements from a flow standpoint.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Experience in multidisciplinary construction activities.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
- Excellent and proven organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Willingness to continually learn and advance technical knowledge.
- ISO knowledge is beneficial.
