Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.


Reporting to the Control Centre Manager, the Dispatch Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks supporting the dispatch of telecommunication technicians.


Principales Responsabilités

  • Fournir un soutien administratif et de bureau avec rapidité et précision;
  • Procéder à la prise des rendez-vous et répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients tout en maintenant un service de haute qualité;
  • Assigner le travail des techniciens en télécommunication par courriel et/ou par téléphone partout le Canada;
  • Apprendre, interpréter et appliquer les politiques, règles et règlements de l'organisation;
  • Maintenir à jour et organiser les dossiers et toute documentation;
  • Toute autre tâche connexe.



Qualifications et Expérience

  • Fortes compétences interpersonnelles et en communication (à l'oral et à l'écrit);
  • Posséder 1 à trois 3 ans d'expérience dans une capacité administrative/de répartition est considérée comme un atout;
  • Solides compétences en matière d'organisation avec un sentiment d’urgence permanent;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels tel que MS Office (Word, Excel, Project);
  • Compétences en matière de service à la clientèle, y compris l'étiquette téléphonique;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe;


Key Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
  • Books appointments and handles customer inquiries while maintaining high quality service.
  • Dispatches telecommunication technicians via email and / or telephone for work across Canada.
  • Learns, interprets and applies organizational policies, rules and regulations.
  • Maintains and organizes document files.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Customer service skills, including telephone ettiquette.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve and work well under pressure, with a focus on deadlines.
