What is the Opportunity?

The successful candidate will support the Director, Nuclear Engineering Consulting, Project Manager and the Materials Engineering Laboratory Manager acting as the project lead for both mid and small sized projects. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and decision maker. Expectations include, determination of project goals, a success path, and bringing problems with solutions to achieve them.

 

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Project Management experience on projects with 5 or less engineers
  • BS Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
  • MS or MBA is a plus
  • PE License
  • Stress Analyst familiar with Finite Element Analysis
  • ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel experience with Pressure Vessel and Piping
  • Direct utility experience with BWR and PWR systems
  • Able to travel and provide site support, for walkdowns, etc.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills with team members and clients
  • Personable - working in a small office environment
  • Experience with failure analysis of systems, structures and components and metallurgical methods a plus
  • Excellent technical and report writing skills
