Relevant du Gestionnaire BIM, vous assurez l'intégration et la coordination des modèles numériques pour ce projet de transport d'envergure. Vous êtes le point central pour garantir la fluidité des données entre l'ingénierie et la construction.

Ce poste nécessite une présence de 5 jours semaine sur site à la ville de Québec. 

Ce que vous ferez ici

• Gérer et coordonner les modèles BIM multidisciplinaires du projet
• Effectuer la détection de conflits et animer les sessions de coordination technique
• Assurer le respect des protocoles BIM et des standards de modélisation
• Soutenir les équipes de chantier dans l'utilisation des outils numériques
• Extraire les données des modèles pour faciliter l'estimation et la planification
• Maintenir l'intégrité de la base de données graphique du projet

Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe

• Formation technique ou universitaire en architecture, génie ou domaine lié au BIM
• Expérience solide en coordination BIM sur des projets d'infrastructure civile
• Maîtrise avancée de Revit, Navisworks et des plateformes collaboratives (BIM 360)
• Compréhension des processus de conception et de construction multidisciplinaires
• Grande rigueur technique et capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes
• Aptitude à communiquer des concepts techniques de manière claire et concise

What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the BIM Manager, you ensure the integration and coordination of digital models for this major transit project. You are the central point for guaranteeing data flow between engineering and construction.

This position requires an on-site presence 5 days a week in Quebec City. 

What you will do here:

• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for the project
• Perform clash detection and lead technical coordination sessions
• Ensure compliance with BIM protocols and modeling standards
• Support field teams in using digital tools and platforms
• Extract data from models to assist in estimation and scheduling
• Maintain the integrity of the project’s graphical database

What you bring to the team:

• Technical or university degree in architecture, engineering, or a BIM-related field
• Strong BIM coordination experience on civil infrastructure projects
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and collaborative platforms (BIM 360)
• Understanding of multidisciplinary design and construction processes
• High technical rigor and ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely
