- Process employee transactions in SuccessFactors, including new hires, rehires, transfers, job changes, terminations, and employee updates.
- Maintain accurate employee records and supporting documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed.
- Conduct I-9 employment eligibility verification processes and maintain compliance with documentation requirements.
- Initiate and coordinate equipment orders (e.g., laptops, phones, system access) for incoming employees and transfers.
- Assist employees and managers with routine HR administrative requests.
- Review employee information for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain personnel files and HR records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Support periodic audits and record reviews as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Adhere to established HR policies, procedures, and recordkeeping practices.
- Receive and process HR requests through established intake processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for routine HR administrative inquiries.
- Escalate complex employee relations, payroll, benefits, or system issues to the appropriate HR team members.
- Assist with testing and validation activities related to HR system updates when required.
- Coordinate with HCM, Payroll, and HR teams to ensure employee data changes are completed accurately and on time.
- Follow defined handoffs and timelines to support payroll processing and downstream system updates.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders regarding the status and completion of requests.
- Partner with IT, Facilities, and Security teams to support onboarding logistics, including badges, system access, and workspace readiness.
- Follow documented procedures and checklists for HR administration and transaction processing.
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with updating job aids, standard operating procedures, and reference materials as processes evolve.
- Assist with onboarding coordination, including preparing new hire documentation and orientation scheduling.
- Support offboarding processes such as exit documentation, coordination of system access removal, and records updates.
- Generate standard HR reports and provide support for audits and business requests.
- Assist with background check tracking and pre-employment requirements.
- Support benefits and payroll inquiries through coordination and issue resolution.
- Help coordinate employee communications related to HR programs, policies, and updates.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed.
- Postsecondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, employee services, or HR operations support.
- Experience working with HR systems or databases (SuccessFactors experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, or other HR processes.
- Familiarity with HR documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping requirements.
Pay and Benefits:
Pay Range: $50,000-$55,000 per year
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
