Aecon Technical Solutions Inc. employs highly-trained technicians to perform telecommunications infrastructure installations. Whether at residential, retail, commercial, institutional or hospitality environments, ATSI is well-suited to assist clients with their telecom installation needs.

 

Reporting to the Field Services Manager, the Customer Solutions Representative is a front‑line sales and performance support role responsible for converting warm leads into Closed Sales, supporting field technicians, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

 

This role serves as a centralized point of contact between technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders, with a focus on improving conversion rates, supporting client sales objectives, and ensuring accurate reporting and commission validation.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Receive and action warm leads submitted by field technicians via Formstack and contact customers to continue sales conversations and close opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing conversion rates and supporting field technician sales performance.
  • Qualify, close, and validate sales in accordance with ATSI and client requirements, including confirmation of installation completion and/or SIM activation.
  • Track daily RGU counts and Closed Sales using internal trackers and client system data.
  • Analyze sales metrics, conversion trends, and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaise with technicians, Field Supervisors, Prime Managers, and customers to ensure timely follow‑up and issue resolutions.
  • Support performance reviews and provide actionable, results‑focused insights to improve individual and team outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment with KPIs and reporting standards.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support operational efficiency and business objectives. 

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Prior experience in sales coordination, customer engagement, or performance‑driven administrative roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with field‑based or operational teams is an asset.

 

The expected hourly rate for this position is $24 - $31, plus commission. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
