What is the Opportunity?

Xtreme Powerline Construction Inc is a leading Michigan-based electrical distribution utility contractor looking to drive efficiencies into expanding work streams.

 

Xtreme Powerline Construction has partnered with Aecon Utilities Inc. in large scale engineering, procurement and construction solutions for customers across the US and Canada. The service offering includes substations, battery energy storage plants / facilities, power line installations and the integration of these solutions to the overall power grids.

 

Xtreme is looking for a highly experienced and self-directed Business Analyst that will lead the charge in developing custom solutions in the Power Platform space. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record in successfully developing PowerApps and other Power Platform tools and driving transformative change within our organization.

 

This position is based out of our office in Port Huron, Michighan.

 

What You’ll Do Here

· Work with the operations teams and assess business requirements, document processes and develop custom PowerApps solutions to satisfy requirements.

· Support the end-to-end implementation of any Power Platform development, from project initiation to post-launch support.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions.

· Customize and configure solutions to align with organizational needs and optimize business processes.

· Conduct thorough system testing, user training, and ensure a smooth transition to the new solutions.

· Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during the post-implementation phase.

· Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements to continually enhance the tools.

 

What You Bring to the Team

· Highly experienced with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and SharePoint is required.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience developing complex custom PowerApps solutions is a requirement.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee the entire implementation lifecycle.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

· Relevant certifications in Power Platform tools are highly desirable.
