- Lead project planning and execution across engineering, procurement, and construction activities
- Manage project scope, schedule, critical milestones, and overall project performance, ensuring effective project controls are maintained throughout delivery
- Monitor and manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow, and timely change management
- Proactively identify, assess, mitigate, and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities, driving actions to resolution and escalating matters as appropriate
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, suppliers, and field resources to achieve project objectives
- Lead project meetings, ensure project reporting is accurate and timely, and maintain clear and consistent communications with clients, owners, engineers, project partners, and other stakeholders
- Administer project contracts and support claims management, dispute resolution, and the evaluation and negotiation of change orders
- Ensure project execution complies with contractual obligations, project specifications, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards
- Promote strong safety and quality performance throughout all phases of project delivery
- Oversee commissioning and energization activities, coordinate operational readiness, and ensure successful turnover to the client and timely completion of all project closeout activities
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Seven to ten (7 - 10) years of project management experience in EPC construction, power generation, transmission and distribution, renewable energy, or industrial infrastructure
- PMP or P.Eng. designation and an electrical engineering background are considered assets
- BESS, substation, renewable energy, or other utility-scale power project experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of electrical systems, high-voltage infrastructure, and grid interconnection requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing project finances, schedules, contracts, procurement, risk, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

This position may be based in Port Huron or Detroit, Michigan, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Regular travel to the Milwaukee project site will be required
