What Is The Opportunity
Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is awarded the design and works of the Scarborough Subway Extension project. The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC’s Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough. It will extend from Kennedy Station to Sheppard Avenue and McCowan Road, providing quick and seamless transit for those heading into and out of the downtown core and those travelling within Scarborough. The extension will replace Line 3 (the Scarborough RT), helping to reduce travel times and improve access to jobs, schools and other key destinations throughout the city.
As part of the Scarborough Transit Connect project based in Scarborough, we are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team.
What You Will Do Here
- Data entry and updating of project data into the system.
- Ensure the accuracy of inputted data and make corrections as required.
- Keep track of work progress on the project to ensure the meeting of deadlines.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and processing various project specific forms.
- Liaise with Site Administrators and employees.
- Create and maintain processing checklists.
- Keep track of received reports and maintenance forms.
- Validate documents accuracy and completeness.
- Balance and validate processed data with source documents.
- Review and make necessary corrections to information.
- Generate reports and respond to inquiries regarding entered data as requested.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.

What You Will Bring to The Team
- Highschool diploma or related post-secondary education .
- 1-2 years Project data clerk experience in a construction industry considered an asset.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents).
- Capability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material.
- Aptitude to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with confidence.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once.
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Always exhibit a polite and professional manner.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Outlook. SAP experience is a strong asset.
