What You'll Do Here:

 

  • Schedule work crews and assist with site inspections, locates, and permits
  • Prepare and manage job trackers to oversee project status
  • Submit progress billings with relevant backupInterface with client representatives and take ownership of assigned projects
  • Manage inventory, procure specialty materials/tools, and maintain small tool certifications
  • Be aware of equipment status, monitor idling/utilization reports, and correct misallocations
  • Assist with vendor pricing agreements and subcontractor safety documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
  • Review Quality Assurance non-conformances and follow up with training
  • Organize yard materials/equipment and process incoming shipments in collaboration with the project team
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports for customersDeliver rush materials/tools to crews and perform other duties as required 

 

What You Bring to the Team

 

  •  A recent graduate in Civil, Electrical or Construction Technology, ready to apply your technical foundation in a practical project environment
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or related fields — motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Exposure to utility construction is considered a strong asset
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS Project, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present project information effectively
  • Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and a self‑driven approach to learning and problem‑solving
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to supporting project success
  • Self-started, with an eagerness to expand knowledge base and grow with the team
  • Valid driver’s license for travel to project sites as and when required

Reason for Vacancy: Replacement -

Pay Range: $58,000 - $70,000 per year

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
