About The Role 

• We are performing an MSR retro-fit utilizing Tip Tig weld systems
• We will be responsible for all the demolition of old parts and the installation of new parts.
• We will work closely with clients to ensure first time quality.

What You'll Do Here 

• Responsible for all electrical/mechanical maintenance on the Tip Tig Weld equipment
• Responsible for installation, conducting repairs and troubleshooting on Welding equipment
•  Develop tooling repair/maintenance on welding equipment, using knowledge of manufactures specifications and design intent
• Provide expertise and work closely with supervisors, tooling, welders, mechanics.
•  Prepare and coordinate all required activities for equipment
•  Maintain a regular job-site presence to provide hands- on support for all welding equipment
•  Manage storge of all required spare tooling, components, and consumables; ensuring that all components are available for optimal equipment performance
•  Ensure that the project Weld tooling and equipment is correctly configured for the respective operation
•  Perform and record all required preventative maintenance activities on the respective Weld Equipment
•  Participate in any tooling related troubleshooting activities required during operations at site
•  Report on all tooling issues and Human Performance issues, to Supervision

What You Bring To The Team

• Good work ethics
• Great attitude and passion for the job
• Experience with automated weld equipment
• Tip Tig experience is preferred
• Ability to work as part of a team
