What is the Opportunity?

Renowned for its expertise in heavy civil construction, our Civil East sector specializes in building essential infrastructure that powers economies and enhances communities.
In the Caribbean region, we are leveraging our expertise and collaborative approach to deliver world-class infrastructure projects tailored to meet the unique needs of the island communities.
As a Finishing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the final stages of our building projects. You will ensure all finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes managing a team of workers, coordinating with other supervisors, and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing activities on construction sites, specifically buildings.
- Ensure all finishing work adheres to quality standards and project specifications.
- Manage teams of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Deliver interior finishes, from rough-ins through to final touch ups on large scale multi unit residential towers.
- Coordinate complex amenities, lobbies, and shared spaces with a high standard of quality.
- Coordinate with other supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage driving schedules and ensure alignment.
- Proactively resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during finishing work.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and daily activities.
- Order and manage materials required for finishing work.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- A minimum of 10 years supervisory experience in finishing works on large multi-level buildings and high rise residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction finishing processes and materials.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
