What is the Opportunity?

The Travel and Expense Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of corporate credit card programs, employee expense reporting, and travel systems. This role ensures timely, accurate processing of expenses, provides guidance and support to employees across the organization, and helps maintain compliance with company policies and audit requirements. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while supporting shared services and cross-functional stakeholders. 

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Perform full day-to-day administration for all corporate credit card programs
      • Manage corporate credit card mailbox
      • Issue, cancel, and update employee credit cards as requested
      • Adjust credit card limits according to company policy
      • Assist with employee inquiries related to their corporate cards
      • Contact employees who qualify for a corporate card
  • Perform full day to day administration for non-Concur employee expenses
      • Manage expenses Mailbox
      • Process manual expense claims in SAP timely as requested
      • Assist with employee inquiries related to non-Concur expenses
  • Perform full day-to-day administration for Concur Expense
      • Manage Concur Expense mailbox
      • Assist with employee inquiries and provide training
      • Contact employees with overdue expenses to ensure employee expense reports are completed on a timely basis
      • Review expense claims flagged for audit by Concur Verify
  • Perform full day-to-day administration for Concur Travel
      • Manage Concur Travel mailbox
      • Assist with employee inquiries and provide training
      • Set-Up and maintain travel profiles
  • Provide administrative support to Shared Services leadership team
  • Assist with performing internal and external audits as required
  • Assist with maintaining user guides and forms
  • Assist with performing testing for any system changes / enhancements as required
  • Assist with reporting as required
  • Act as back-up support for other members of the Travel and Expense team when required
  • Additional duties as assigned

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience preferably in a high-volume environment in the construction industry 
  • SAP and Concur experience an asset
  • Demonstrated computer software proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel skills would be a strong asset
  • Strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize and execute multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to manage increased volume of work at month-end
  • Desire to take ownership of tasks assigned and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision within a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills

The expected salary range for this opportunity is $55,000-$60,000
