Qu'est-ce que l'opportunité?
L'administrateur bilingue des ressources humaines fournira un soutien administratif et de coordination à l'équipe des ressources humaines et des opérations de Civil East. L'administrateur des ressources humaines est responsable d'offrir un soutien professionnel et centré sur le client dans un environnement opérationnel dynamique. 

 

Ce que vous ferez ici :

  • Responsable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de la paie et les administrateurs des données RH afin de veiller à ce que les transactions liées à l’emploi, telles que les embauches et les cessations d’emploi, soient traitées avec exactitude et soumises dans les délais requis.
  • Responsable des rapports salariaux et de l'assurance de l'exactitude et de l'intégrité des données
  • Responsable d'enquêter et de répondre aux questions des employés liées à leur salaire, agissant comme intermédiaire entre le service de paie salarié et le service de paie horaire
  • Participer à des audits de données
  • Générer de nouveaux rapports RH ponctuels selon les besoins du département RH
  • Surveillez le suivi des vacances et coordonnez le processus de transfert des vacances de fin d'année
  • Aide à la rédaction de lettres d'offre, à l'intégration des nouveaux employés, à la collecte de tous les papiers des nouvelles embauches, à la soumission des besoins en TI, à l'accès aux logiciels et matériels, et au suivi pour s'assurer que tous les besoins sont en place avant la date de début de l'employé
  • Planifiez et coordonnez les orientations pour les nouvelles recrues pour tous les employés non syndiqués, à salaire et à l'heure
  • Préparez de nouveaux forfaits d'orientation des employés et aidez à l'exclusion des employés, y compris la communication avec la paie et l'informatique
  • Agir comme intermédiaire entre les RH, les nouvelles recrues et les gestionnaires concernant les informations d'intégration
  • Participer et diriger des initiatives d'amélioration continue

What is the Opportunity?
The Bilingual Human Resources Administrator will provide administrative and coordination support to the Civil East Human Resources and Operations team. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for providing professional, client-centered support within a fast-paced operational environment. 

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Responsible for working closely with Payroll and HR Data Administrators to ensure employment-related transactions, such as new hires and terminations, are processed accurately and submitted within required deadlines
  • Responsible for salary reports and ensuring data accuracy and integrity 
  • In charge of investigating and answering employee questions associated with their pay, acting as a liaison between the employee and salary payroll department & hourly payroll department 
  • Participate in data audits
  • Generate new and ad hoc HRIS reports as needed by the HR department 
  • Monitor vacation tracking and coordinate end of year vacation roll over process
  • Support drafting offer letters, onboarding new employees, collecting all new hire paperwork, submission of IT needs, access to software and hardware, and follow up to ensure all needs are in place prior to the employee start date
  • Schedule and coordinate Orientations for new hires for all salary and hourly non-union employees 
  • Prepare new Employee Orientation packages and assist in offboarding employees including communication with payroll and IT
  • Act as liaison between HR, new hire and managers regarding onboarding information
  • Participate and lead continuous improvement initiatives

 

What You Bring to the Team: 

  • Post-secondary education with a major in Human Resources or related field
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment such as construction is an asset
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deliverables 
  • Experience with SAP and Success Factors is an asset 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate with various audiences, stakeholders and clients
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills with the proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members as well as internal and external stakeholders 
  • Professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information a must
  • Demonstrated ability using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

 

This role follows a hybrid work model, combining in‑office collaboration and flexibility, with an expectation of three days per week in the office.

The expected salary range for this role is $50,000-$55,000 per year

 

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may includecertifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
