- Support the development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas and Code Apps), Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, working closely with the team to deliver scalable reporting and automation tools.
- Assist in designing and building AI agents and agentic workflows that automate the creation and maintenance of Power BI reports, Power Apps applications, and Power Automate flows, reducing manual development time and standardizing outputs.
- Contribute to a centralized agent architecture capable of orchestrating multiple specialized skills, integrating disparate tools and data sources into cohesive, interoperable solutions.
- Write and maintain Python scripts to support automation, data processing, and integration between Power Platform tools and external systems.
- Collaborate on prompt engineering, agent design, and evaluation of LLM-based tools to improve reliability, accuracy, and usefulness of AI-assisted development workflows.
- Use Git and version control best practices to manage codebases, track changes, and collaborate effectively across projects.
- Assist with data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M) development to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Power Platform environments, including permissions, connectors, and deployment pipelines.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and agent capabilities to support knowledge sharing and long-term maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and iterative development cycles, applying agentic and AI-assisted coding practices where appropriate.
- Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Solid programming fundamentals, with hands-on experience in Python; familiarity with additional languages is an asset.
- Exposure to or strong interest in agentic development and working with AI/LLM-based tools and frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Git and standard version control workflows.
- Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn, Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is considered an asset, though not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguous, evolving technical requirements.
