What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to join our Human Resources team as an HR Systems Coordinator. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting training initiatives, and driving continuous improvement in system processes. Reporting to the Team Lead, HR Systems and Data, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT partners, and learning program owners to ensure seamless delivery of learning experiences across the organization.
What You'll Do Here:
- Monitor and manage the ticketing system and training mailbox daily and provide timely response to inquiries related to training and systems
- Collaborate with internal learning teams and IT partners to provide LMS troubleshooting.
- Researching technical issues to resolve user questions and issues
- Upload, maintain, schedule, and create courses, curricula, and assignment profiles in the LMS
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to roll out global specific learning and training initiatives
- Partner with learning program owners to setup LMS activities using a consultative approach
- Support platform governance and quality assurance initiatives by documenting standard operating procedures and monitoring process compliance
- Research, identify, and recommend improvements to LMS configuration
- Run system reports and develops custom reports to meet data analytic needs
- Leveraging strong knowledge of LMS capabilities ensuring ongoing process improvement within the LMS, proposing systems enhancements aligned with business objectives and needs
- Work with key stakeholders to collaborate on new training to ensure LMS system optimizes the learning content and user experience
- Remain current on new LMS releases, coordinates user acceptance testing, and communicate changes as needed to appropriate groups
- Participate in and provides consultation and expertise to internal project teams
- Supports and leads other programs and special projects as necessary
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1-3 years’ experience with SucessFactors LMS module
- Additional experience using the SuccessFactors platform preferred
- Experience with other SuccessFactors modules an asset
- Advanced research and data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to draw associated insights and make effective recommendations.
- Progressive and forward thinking, research industry trends and innovations.
- Provide consultation and develop training materials
- Ability to successfully navigate a fast-paced, complex and changing work environment, while managing multiple and shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability and confidence in presenting and delivering content to end users, which in some cases can be fairly complex information.
- Highly developed problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
