Position Title:  Geo-Exchange Installer

Reporting to the Field Superintendent, the GeoExchange installer will be responsible for installation duties. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, exercising judgment and initiative and involves multi-tasking. Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures. Scope of duties include Drilling, Grouting, U-Bend installation, maintenance and general construction labour. 

Key Responsibilities 
•    Drilling; Dual Rotary, Single Rotary; Air drilling
•    Drillers helper; Drill pipe and casing
•    Grouting: Operate grouter and tremie reel
•    U-Bend Installation: Install Loops through despooler. 
•    Run and maintain hose lines and water connections
•    Prepare and clean up construction sites. 
•    Inventory Management and data entry of QA/QC information
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
•    Able to perform in a fast-paced environment. 
•    Handle and distribute construction materials (e.g. load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas). 
•    Continuously changing work tasks. 
•    Ability to lift and work with materials weighing up to 25kg. 
•    Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments.

Required Knowledge and Experience
•    Ability to operate and maintain equipment
•    Ability to work with others as a member of a team.
•    Ability to stay productive under minimal supervision.
•    Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
•    Physical strength and stamina.
•    Manual dexterity.
•    A safety-conscious attitude. 
•    Ability to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain.
•    Ability to work long hours per day sometimes in rough weather conditions.
•    Ability to work in all weather conditions and environments
