What is the Opportunity?
The HR Systems Analyst supports the ongoing maintenance, functionality, and enhancement of the SuccessFactors HRIS and broader HR Technology ecosystem. This role focuses on day-to-day configuration, testing, documentation, and user support to ensure smooth and reliable HR system operations. Working closely with HR team members, the Analyst helps translate business needs into system solutions and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Technology.
Please note this is a 12-month contract opportunity and requires on site work downtown Toronto five days a week.
What You’ll Do Here:
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Facilitate requirements-gathering discussions to understand HR system needs
- Document processes, configuration changes, meeting notes, and testing outcomes
- Support the development of user guides, training content, and communication materials for system updates
System Configuration & Testing
- Assist with configuring and testing enhancements for various SuccessFactors modules
- Execute UAT test cases, record results, and identify defects or issues
- Support movement of configuration changes from QA to PROD
Data Management & Reporting
- Support data clean-up efforts and routine data audits
- Run standard reports and assist with analysis
- Assist with maintaining HR dashboards in PowerBI.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with HR team members and business units to gather feedback
- Provide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress
Issue Resolution & Support
- Respond to system inquiries and troubleshoot issues
- Support day-to-day HRIS platform stability
What You Bring to the Team:
- 1–3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience supporting or configuring at least one SuccessFactors module (EC, RCM/RMK, ONB and Time Off)
- Experience with transforming data in PowerBI
- Exposure to testing, requirements gathering, or HR tech projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical info
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative, customer-service oriented mindset
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reason for vacancy: Replacement
The expected salary range for this opportunity is $75,000-$80,000
