What is the opporutunity?
The Junior Business Analyst – Power Platform & SharePoint Support is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and supporting business solutions built on Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Flows), and SharePoint. This role acts as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring solutions remain reliable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs. This role will provide day-to-day operational support, troubleshoot issues, manage enhancements, and support continuous improvement of low-code solutions used across the team.
What you'll be doing here:
- Maintain and support existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and SharePoint sites and lists
- Monitor solution performance, reliability, and usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, defects, and user‑reported incidents
- Apply fixes, updates, and minor enhancements to existing solutions
- Ensure proper permissions, security, and data integrity across solutions
- Assess change requests and provide recommendations on feasibility, effort, and impact
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and overall solution validation
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations
- Develop user guides, training materials, and quick‑reference documentation
- Support knowledge transfer to team members and key stakeholders
- Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to business users
- Assist with user training and adoption of Power Platform solutions
What you bring to the team:
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Apps (Canvas apps preferred)
- Power Automate (Flows)
- SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, permissions, and site structure)
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining low‑code solutions
- Knowledge of Dataverse is considered an asset
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or application support role
- Experience supporting Power Platform solutions in an enterprise environment (preferred)
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or a diploma with equivalent experience in business operations, information systems, or a related discipline

Compensation Range : The expected salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually . Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
