What is the oppurtunity? 

The Project Manager, Aecon ONE will lead planning, coordination, and delivery for all  solutions developed and implemented using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities by driving strong communication, clear timelines, and team accountability across stakeholders.  The ideal candidate has a strong mix of project management expertise, technical understanding, and business process knowledge within the construction or field‑services industry.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for Power Apps and SharePoint builds, from intake and scoping through deployment and post-launch support
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
  • Ensure scope, timeline, and resource commitments are clearly defined and agreed upon
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate when necessary
  • Act as primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, stand-ups, and reviews
  • Provide clear, concise, and consistent status reporting (schedule, risks, decisions, and next steps)
  • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans for development teams
  • Manage expectations and communicate impacts of scope, priority, or timeline changes
  • Support prioritization and workload balancing across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance, security, and compliance standards

 

 

Required Knowledge and skills

 

  • 2+ years of project management or product ownership experience, preferably in construction, field services, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive accountability without direct authority
  • Experience working with cross-functional and technical team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and low-code/no-code solutions
  • Experience supporting business process automation or digital transformation initiatives

Compensation Range : The expected salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually . Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
