What is the Opportunity?

The Pension & Benefits Administrator supports the effective administration of benefits and retirement programs across the U.S. and global regions. Working closely with HR, Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits teams, this role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of benefits processes in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. The position offers exposure to complex benefits programs, system integrations, and cross‑functional collaboration while contributing to a consistent and positive employee experience.

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day administration of benefits, retirement and compliance programs in United States and worldwide including multiple HSA/FSA and 401k plans.
  • Support multiple US open enrollment processes annually and acquisition integrations including accurately updating and verifying rates, benefit deductions across multiple payroll and benefit platforms.
  • Responsible for invoice processing including benefit reconciliations and tracking of benefit costs for all US subsidiaries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders by maintaining confidentiality and responding to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with vendors, brokers and internal HR team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth plan administration.
  • Support communication initiatives such as benefit FAQs, presentations and employee memos.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining procedure documents.
  • Supports pension and benefits year end processes and audits.
  • Track and maintain compliance with country specific benefits and pension regulations.
  • Assist ongoing projects, and initiate process improvements within the team and provide back-up as required to other team members.

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of work experience related to benefits and pension administration, preferably supporting U.S. and Expat plans
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis on intermediate skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Word and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with Human Resources systems such as SAP, Employee Navigator and ADP would be considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks such as ACA, COBRA in U. S.
  • Strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines and multitask, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines with competing priorities

The expected salary range for this opportunity is $55,000-$65,000
