What is the Opportunity?
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, representing the organization with professionalism and efficiency. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do Here:
- Open and close the main reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times
- Greet and assist external visitors, including business partners, joint ventures, vendors, subcontractors, and the general public
- Manage a high-volume switchboard, fielding and directing calls across national and international offices with accuracy and professionalism
- Screen, assess, and route telephone and email inquiries, including questions and complaints, to appropriate departments and contacts
- Administer visitor security protocols, including sign-in/out procedures and the issuance and tracking of temporary access cards
- Distribute and manage employee building access cards and parking passes
- Provide support and direction to employees and walk-in visitors regarding general inquiries, office services, training rooms, and common areas
- Monitor and distribute parking validations as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and shared spaces
- Coordinate same-day courier services for corporate requirements
- Effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, organization, and customer service
What You Bring to the Team:
- Minimum of 2 years of office or reception‑related experience
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact tactfully and professionally with employees, visitors, and external contacts
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

The expected salary range for this opportunity is $45,000-$50,000
