Reporting to the Reporting Manager, the Reporting Lead will be responsible for creation and implementation of key scheduling requirements and evaluation and delivery of key performance analytics both internally and externally during the design-build phase.

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Establish and maintain project KPIs, metrics, and an integrated reporting framework, including dashboards to monitor performance trends and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze, measure, and report on project goals and objectives, construction progress, schedule, financial performance, and other critical performance indicators.
  • Develop standardized reporting requirements in collaboration with functional leads to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all reporting outputs.
  • Produce periodic and ad‑hoc performance reporting packages and dashboards that provide fast, meaningful operational and business insights for project leadership and governance forums.
  • Translate complex, multi‑source data into clear, actionable insights to support evidence‑based decision‑making and maximize overall project performance.
  • Support the use of reporting, cost, scheduling, financial, and operational systems across the project, ensuring effective integration and usability.
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources (including SAP, Primavera P6, InEight (Hard Dollar Estimating), Designers, Subcontractors, Aconex, and other project systems) to provide a single, reliable view of project performance and identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather performance data, align on reporting needs, and communicate updates related to reporting processes and improvements.
  • Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of reporting tools, processes, and performance management practices, including automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required in support of the project.

 

What You Bring to the Team:  

  • 6 – 8+ years of experience in reporting, project controls, performance management, or analytics roles supporting large construction or infrastructure projects, with experience working in complex, multi‑disciplinary project environments.
  • Post‑secondary education in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps, with demonstrated experience developing performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Experience working with cost and schedule systems such as Primavera P6, SAP, InEight, or similar enterprise project systems.
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in automation or advanced analytics considered an asset.
  • Solid understanding of project controls and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with functional leads, project management teams, and senior leadership, supported by excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and offices as required.
  • Background checks required. 
  • Valid Driver’s license. 

 

Reason for Vacancy: New

Pay Range: $100,000-$130,000

 

Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
