Reporting to theSuperintendent, the Sr. GeoExchange Installer will be responsible for performing daily GeoExchange and geothermal installation duties on various project sites.

What You'll Do Here:

• Support Drillers with grouting operations.
• Monitor, support and train junior installers on the team.
• U-Bend Installations – install geo loops into boreholes.
• Inventory management and data entry of QA/QC information. Maintain accuracy of project QA/QC.
• Operate and maintain all support and installation equipment.
• Setup and maintain hose lines and water connections.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle and distribute project materials (e.g., load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment, and construction materials; move tools, equipment, and construction materials to and from work areas).
• Instruct and train junior personnel in duties, safe work practices, care and use of tools and equipment.
• Carry out manual labour duties such lifting and working with materials weighing up to 25kg.
• Work in all weather conditions and environments.
• Maintain personal and group safety at all times, and exercise appropriate caution when working with tension for rigging, on or close to energized equipment
• Drive an inclusive culture to promote equity, welcome different perspectives, and enable career progression by fostering a sense of belonging.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience required.
• Demonstrate and promote safety above all else.
• Capability to operate and maintain grouting & installation equipment.
• Experience working in a similar role within the industry.
• Capacity for manual dexterity with physical strength and stamina.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively work on teams with a desire to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to interpret drawings, develop / interpret work, instructions, and plan projects for self and others.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Energy to use stairs, ladders, and climb over rough terrain.
• Capability to work long hours per day in all weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal, team participation and communication skills
• Be a champion of inclusion and diversity.
• Metatarsal guarded steel toed CSA rubber boots required.
• Required Tickets: MOL 4 Step Safety Awareness, Ontario Working at Heights, CSTS, Valid Driver’s License, Skidsteer Certification, Telehandler Certification
• Preferred (but not required) Tickets: H2S Alive, Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, Earth loop technician and/or Ground Disturbance Level II
