What is the Opportunity?

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead our enterprise IAM program across a complex project‑driven environment. In this role, you’ll secure identities for thousands of employees, field teams, engineers, subcontractors, and external partners who depend on fast, reliable access to our tools and project data. If you love modernizing identity systems, driving automation, and building strong security foundations across both office and field operations - this is your opportunity to make a major impact.

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Work as the lead and subject matter expert for the Information Services management team to build and execute our enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
  • Own IAM governance, policies, and identity lifecycle processes (employees, contractors, JV partners).
  • Be a key stakeholder in the architecture and implementation of IGA, SSO/MFA, PAM, EPM and directory services.
  • Integrate IAM with key construction platforms and ERP systems.
  • Drive secure onboarding/offboarding workflows for project teams and subcontractors.
  • Partner across HR, IT, BIM, field operations, and BPMO teams to streamline access.
  • Oversee day-to-day IAM engineering and operations

 

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 8+ years in Identity & Access Management or Information Security; 3+ in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IAM tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Entra ID, Okta, Ping, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
  • Proven experience implementing an IAM program, including automation and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos).
  • Experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or other project-driven industries would be considered an asset.
  • Experience securing SaaS/BIM/ERP platforms also considered an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across field operations, corporate divisions, and executive leadership.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CyberArk, Okta, or Microsoft Security (preferred).

  • Faster, automated onboarding for project teams and contractors.
  • Strong MFA/conditional access adoption.
  • Expanded privileged access security for ERP, BIM, and infrastructure.
  • Reduction or elimination of access-related external audit findings.
  • Clear IAM roadmap and measurable improvements in access governance.

The expected salary range for this opportunity is $120,000-$130,000
