What is the Opportunity?
The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Management System (QMS) by coordinating audit activities, quality reporting and performance monitoring, corrective action tracking, document control, and administration of the Oil & Gas OQ Program. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills who can effectively collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to support compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
 
What You'll Do Here:
  • Maintain and update QMS documentation and records.
  • Administer electronic quality platforms, databases, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate internal audits, track audit findings, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor QA field audit non-conformances, deficiencies, and action item closure.
  • Compile and distribute monthly quality reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with management review processes.
  • Manage document control within SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Administer the Oil & Gas OQ Program by maintaining qualification records, tracking expiries, coordinating evaluations, and supporting audit readiness.
 
What You Bring to the Team:
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a Quality Coordinator, Quality Administrator, Document Control, QA/QC, or related role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with SharePoint administration and document control systems.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools considered an asset.
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management principles.
  • Experience maintaining records, trackers, and audit documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and within a team environment.
  • Valid G Driver's License and willingness to travel to work sites as needed.

The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
 
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
